Review on πŸ”₯ Wireless Digital BBQ Thermometer with 4 Probes - Remote Instant Read Meat Thermometer for Cooking Food on the Grill, Oven, and Smoker - Upgraded 500FT Range Kitchen Thermometer with Smart LCD Backlit Screen by Sharon Fuller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pseudo wireless, easy to use and a good overall package.

Something that isn't entirely clear from the pictures (though you can see it if you look closely) is that the sensors come with a 2- to 3-foot cable connecting the transmitter and then connected to the transmitter to the radio receiver. Another problem was that I used them for smoked ribs. The recipe said to cook to an internal temp of 200. None of the presets matched this one, so I made the program settings. The instructions tell you how to set this up, but don't really explain why there are low settings and high settings. I assumed it was the time range you wanted to get into or something where it beeps when you hit the low and an alarm when you hit the high. No, he squeaked at me the whole time I was cooking. I started playing around a bit and eventually figured out that the "Low" setting would be the setting you would set when you needed to cool something or know if hot food was getting too cold (e.g. when cooking food and eat out). . in heating pads, but wanted to warn you if the food gets too cold in the heating pads). Other than that it was very basic, worked well, lots of options, comes in nice packaging that's also great for storage. Definitely recommend, just don't expect "real" wifi and remember to just play around with the low temperature setting if you want to be notified when the food is below that temperature.
