One Last Time by Corinne Michaels is everything. The story was touching, sweet, charming and at times heartbreaking. Life isn't always easy and it's hard to make decisions for yourself and those you love, but sometimes you have to make tough decisions. Kristin's family means everything to her. All she ever wanted was a strong, healthy, and happy family and marriage. Children are everything to her and she is willing to do anything for them. But their marriage fell through for years. She would fight to save him, but it takes two. I really loved Kristen. Her ex-husband had so weary her with his cruel words and expectations that she felt like a failure, but she was strong, kind, and loving. She just had to find herself again. Noah Frazier has spent most of his life hiding from the past that haunts him every day. He is a famous actor living the life most people dream of. Women are always at his feet when he wants them, but he has never opened his heart to anyone. And then one day Christine walked into his life and turned it upside down. He was attracted to her and couldn't stay away. Noah was so sweet, charming and so determined. I adored him! Divorcing her husband was one of the toughest decisions Christine has ever made, but now that she's separated from him, she realizes just how right the decision was. Now she's trying to adjust her kids to their new normal and find a way to support them. With the help of friends, she gets a job as a famous blogger. Not her thing, but she's determined to succeed. What she didn't expect was her first appointment as Noah Frazier. Very hot and sexy Noah Frazier. Let the embarrassment begin! Noah is crazy about Christine. He is fascinated by a woman who is now vulnerable and suffering, but he also sees a strong woman underneath. He is so attracted to her that he decides to let her transform into something he has never done before. Although she keeps pushing him away, he is determined to break down her walls. As they meet, they begin to fall, but what happens when the ground falls out from under them? Will they fight for each other or is all lost? This story was so real and honest in its portrayal of a failed marriage. It's heartbreaking, but sometimes there's only one choice. I loved Kristen's friends. They supported me and were just amazing. I want her in my life. The author also surprises us with many old and unexpected friends! It was great to see her again. It was a really wonderful read with all the emotions, great characters and a story that will keep you hooked. This is another must read book by Corinne Michaels. I cannot recommend this book enough!
