I thought this product was good because it got five stars. This is not good. The plastic is very cheap and thin. The feeder arrived bent so I couldn't close the top and had to use tape to fix it. My budgie got in anyway and got stuck. I pulled it out, but it's dangerous to remember. I also understand that this is handmade and that some sizes can be disassembled but not to the point where I have to bend the bars of her cage and insert a feeder to hold her. The water dispenser was not left in the cage. The plastic ring kept falling off so I had to tape it off again. And when she tried to drink from it, the lower white part completely collapsed, splattering water everywhere. The holes in the fruit and vegetable trays looked too big for anything to fit in, and when I put a huge piece of carrot in, her beak couldn't bite into it. The only good thing about it was the perch, but then again I had to bend the bars to adjust it. The spacing between the bars is standard, 1/2 inch. Overall, this is a cheap $16.99 product and you should spend that money elsewhere.
