This product was in a special Revain Christmas sale and based on the great reviews I took a chance. I'm so glad I did. I'll be honest with you. I don't believe in magic and didn't expect this or any other product to remove all urine stains from my carpet. My two adult daughters have lived here part of the time with their Chihuahuas, smart little dogs but lazy when it comes to running. (Of course, if I was only a few pounds, I wouldn't want to go out in the freezing cold either!) However, I crossed my fingers because I thought Bubba's would do *something* about the smell. I get embarrassed when we have guests because I know the smell lingers no matter how hard/how often I brush. Bubba far exceeded my expectations. Yes there are still stains on the carpet although the product removed more than I expected and even made the old stains less visible. But the smell? It is PASSED. I am shocked! I can actually walk into my house and not turn up my nose. True, the smell of shampoo is quite intense. Not in a bad way, exactly, but strongly. However, it doesn't stay that strong. After drying, the aroma is almost not preserved. And it's so worth it to have a strong soap scent for hours on end to get a pee-free home. PROS: - The product works with smells! It even removes the old urine smell. It is very easy to use in the shampoo machine. Even though it's a bit more expensive, you don't have to use that much to get results. The company emailed me to see if they could help me. They are a family business and customer service means a lot to them. CONS: Shampoo has a strong smell. This may be too much for those overly sensitive to smells. However, given that or the urine smell, I would take the shampoo scent anytime, especially because it WORKS and the shampoo smell doesn't last long. I intend to try their enzymatic cleaner for future stains because I now have confidence in their company. Overall I highly recommend this product. I would also be thrilled if Bubba's considered releasing this product in a gallon size. I used up my whole bottle at an (admittedly very dirty) carpet cleaning.
