I thought it must be a high quality optical cable. I originally gave it 5 stars essentially because it seemed high quality and it worked when I plugged it in. Well, I didn't notice any noise or other noises. It was relatively thin. At first I just thought it was my soundbar. Well, my soundbar is a mid-range Klipsch soundbar. it should not be a problem. I started troubleshooting the audio, which was becoming increasingly obvious to my once selective hearing. The first thing I did was change the source on the soundbar. the task is solved. Well, the problem has been identified. Changed the optical cable source to HDMI-ARC and the noise also disappeared. So I went and bought a famous brand optical cable for 3 times the price of this one. Guess what? The problem is still gone. Unfortunately, I don't like hearing noises that shouldn't be coming out of my speakers when I'm listening to music or watching TV, all of course on a TV that I rarely use and really enjoy. good review opportunity. so unfortunately i don't have the money i spent on this "quality, premium, cable".
