Works well. Airflow increases and it doesn't cause any discomfort as I commute from work to work all day. It hasn't collapsed yet. but it's only fixed by the headrest so I have to adjust it from time to time. but nothing serious. Definitely cooler than sitting in a seat with no heat dissipation, and wooden beds are comfortable.
