Fairly Descent Meat Thermometer
It has a long cord on the probe so you can leave the probe in the meat and the thermometer block out. It has an on/off switch on the back, as well as a switch for C and F. You turn it on and choose the meat and doneness. The desired temperature and the current product temperature are displayed. It lights up so you can read it easily. I gave 4 stars because the display just doesn't want to change for me when I press meat or temperature very lightly.
