Review on Mrs Andersons Baking 45872 7 25 Inches by Cassandra Parkins

It's been 40 years since I've used a similar (and almost identical) product. For several reasons we have decided to go back to canning and cooking a lot more with fresh ingredients. Now that we live in Australia we found a really nice apple orchard near us and bought a box of apples for a very good price. It took me less than an hour to peel, core and slice the entire box and by the end of the day we had the box in 9 pints of applesauce (so good we make lots more) and 7 liters. Apple compote. I am absolutely delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to quickly make apples for every meal.
