Great Shower and looks great.

First I bought 16" shower head that had so many issues due to its weight and bad construction I was very skeptical about trying another one and read many reviews before choosing this one. I'm very glad I did. This shower head so far is just excellent - it took me 15 minutes to install. It sits very firmly on its ball joint. When the water is off there is no dripping (but the shower head has to be leveled, if it is tilted it does drip from the lowest corner). And it looks beautiful with its high polish mirror finish. I am very glad I've made the right selection.

Pros

DESIGN: Shower head is designed with ergonomic grip handle and rub-clean jets for easy cleaning and preventing lime buildup. The overhead holder is angle adjustable and lets you point the hand shower in the direction you want for a hands-free operation

Cons

Hose may develop a kink that cannot be straightened
