Serves its purpose, but could be improved.
Got this for the house we just bought. Left a hole in the floor where the dryer hose can't be attached? Worked great and was easy to install. The reason it gets 4 stars is that when you attached the dryer the hose came loose? There is no way to lock it in place so any movement after the hose is connected will cause it to come loose. We ended up just screwing it up and shutting it down forever! Great idea but you need a lock to keep the hose from breaking. A small update makes this product 5 stars.
