Good product but requires a little thought and know-how. I first tried installing an outdoor exhaust vent over the in-wall fixtures (1st photo), but it only moves about 1/2 inch because the seam of the exhaust pipes won't let it in any further. This is probably why there are reviews of this not working and the instructions don't mention there is another way, please read on. So my only choice was to use a vent crimp tool (about $20) which then inserted it into the wall mounted fitting (2nd photo), which worked fine. If you do it this way, be sure to use masking tape to cover the crease edges so it doesn't pick up dust and dirt. (3rd photo). The last photo is the installed photo. The device itself is well thought out and almost airtight.
