Review on Deepcool AK400 CPU cooler, silver/black by Adam Bronisz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

The cooler was purchased as a matter of urgency to replace the be quiet rock slim 2, which no longer copes with the task of cooling the 5600x. Slim began to show itself especially badly in dead space 2022. The game cannot be said to use absolutely all processor power, on the contrary, the load on the contrary is 40-50% on average, but this is quite enough for the pebble to start warming up to 98g (!) in a closed case and up to 83g in the open (at what these 83 degrees are not just to appear for a few moments, it was the standard temperature during the game). After sitting for several evenings with the stove at my feet, I decided to change the situation somehow. Initially, I planned to take rock 4, but the price of 6700r somehow beat off all the desire to take it. Stumbled upon this miracle and decided to order. As a result, about -10 degrees on all fronts. In the same dead space is now stable 70-73 degrees. Of course, still not the most ideal indicators, but not 80+ either. The problem may also be that there is not a single cooler in the case for either blowing in or blowing out. I think that their installation will help to reset another 5 degrees. By the way, it is the dead space that makes both the processor and the cooler sweat so mercilessly. The same recently released hogwarts legacy warms up the processor to only 65 degrees with this cooler. In other toys, the situation is either the same, or the temperature is even lower. In general, I'm more than satisfied with the cooler (it works quite neatly and not loudly, my 5700xt buzzes louder under the table). : it turned out that excessive temperatures in dead space are an exceptional case and a feature of the game itself. Tested additionally in cinebench r23 - 65-67 degrees
