Well I just got the scale and everything is fine. Unfortunately, user information is scarce. The user manual is not included. Of course you ask, how difficult is it to use a small scale? Search for the product name (digital kitchen scale) it will show you anything they have for sale that uses the word 'digital' such as infrared thermometers, USB sticks, luggage scales, voice recorders and multimeters. Liquids. REALLY? This is a kitchen scale, it goes without saying that it works with liquids. I understand they're only $11.99 and I appreciate that, but when you want to sell an item, the buyer can't find a manual or liquid alert when you use it for that purpose. I think there is a problem. So I will be returning this item as I feel it is a better quality purchase for me.
