No access to screws when inserted :(

Pros: LEDs allow for voltage troubleshooting. This can be handy if you are concerned about a faulty power supply. Unplug the cables as this will not the case will be able to access the screws - it wasn't immediately obvious, but there may be scenarios where you don't want to disconnect everything that's already connected and running, in which case don't buy it.
