I was looking for a slimmer bag to fit under my top tube. What this one does is that it's too small vertically to fit in my wallet, I have to put it in diagonally. The strap that goes around my top bar can be tricky to adjust so the end doesn't rub against my leg. A shorter strap can be used on my bike. I'm not sure if I'll try to cut it or not. I also don't want the sharp edge of the Velcro to rub against my foot. I'm still looking for the best bag to go under my top bar, this one is close and will probably be the one I'll be using for a while. I haven't tested the water resistance as I haven't been out in the rain yet.
