I've built several of these and had very few problems. Good relationship with customers.

This was the fourth Shuttle XPC Slim system I built. This is also the first problem I encountered. It does not work with more than 1 SODIMM memory card. I contacted Shuttle in California and they replaced the system quickly with no questions asked. It is a pleasure doing business with them. The replacement system worked great and I would buy from them again.
