Good, but short relief
The fabric covering on this wrap makes it durable, unlike some of the reviews on other heat wraps with different coverings. The warmth it provides hits all of the tension areas around the neck. The weight of the beads make the wrap conform nicely, unlike the disposable one-use heating pads. I followed the directions and heated it for 1.5 minutes, but it actually burned my skin and left red marks for a day. Heating it for just 1 minute works perfectly for me. However, it gets cool again in under 5 minutes. Despite that, it still helps and I'm thinking of ordering a second one to keep at work.
