Review on ☕ Stanley Heritage All-In-One Boil + Brewer French Press: Versatile BPA Free Coffee Press 48oz for Coffee, Tea & Soup by Jason Hood

I confess that I made a bad choice by not reading the reviews before making my decision. (This is rare as I rely heavily on product reviews before choosing one product over another.) However, this is a Stanley branded product and Stanley is known for making quality products with superior functionality and craftsmanship. I remember my dad carrying around a green Stanley thermos of piping hot coffee when I was a little girl. On the rare occasions when he refilled it and forgot it at home, he would return at the end of a long day without coffee to find a thermos of coffee on the counter that was hotter than any man could endure. !This thing survived a crash with his truck, fell off the roof of his truck on the freeway when he forgot he put it there, and survived so many accidental abuses over the years that it was dented and scratched... but he still used it for several decades - until finally the top cup broke and then the screw cap cracked. It's clear that Stanley makes solid products. Just the name and the fact that it's all in one, brew and brew WITH A FRENCH PRESS, I jumped at it. Unfortunately nothing is cooking. You have to heat the water first (I use my own kettle) and then pour it over the tea or coffee you put in the container. THEN use a press to push the debris down. You'll have a clean cup of whatever you're making, with no loose crumbs or tea residue because the press is so strong and fits snugly in the jar. Their contents stay nice and warm (or cold) for hours because they are so well insulated. And it's easy to clean and so light! But to my great disappointment, it's not an all-in-one and won't really warm you up. Great thermos, great press, great product...just completely misleading with its name/marketing. Read the description carefully and read the reviews.
