Metal inserts can replace 40 year old plastic. Perfect fit
I used this to repair a very old Eastman valve. A cruciform and adjustable wrench. And some simple pliers. It works. Just saved a fortune. Many Thanks. I had a pickaxe handy in case a crust of seals got stuck there, but in my case there weren't any. super easy. Thanks again to the person who mentioned this feature in their review.
