Rack in two parts, with holes for screws, the legs of a cone. I couldn't figure out how to connect them and the illustration of the other part didn't show anything. He just said to assemble them with screws. It didn't make sense to me because one part slides into the other so the screws can't go through both and what are the grooves for? In the end I sent the item back. I recommend that you always try to collect things before cementing any part of it into the ground! I tried to assemble it in the kitchen, couldn't get it to work and packed it up to return. I'm glad Revain's return policy is simple. I ended up buying a more expensive brand.
