I have a large (+ heavy) commercial display mounted on these legs AND the legs are "upside down" for space. (Rather than having the legs point outward like a "V" I had no choice but to point them inward due to the limited surface area) This thing is holding up VERY well. I squeezed the screen from the top, sides, and back and forth. It won't break, bend or fall. I can safely say that my rear display is very heavily overloaded. My display is not balanced at all. But those legs hold it in place remarkably for the price. Also, the included screws are definitely strong enough to handle the load I'm putting on them. I half expected to have to buy new screws due to the weight of my display. I'm very glad I didn't have to do that. I know I abuse this product but it still does the job well. Definitely a good buy. UPDATE AFTER 2 YEARS: Stand is fine. I can't get over how heavy the commercial display I've used this on is. You can add bricks to the back of a regular flat screen and you'll still be lighter π. The tree he was leaning against buckled. The TV stand is still stable and hasn't shown any signs of failure in all the 2 years. It was a great purchase.
