This knife cuts through anything so easily! I bake my own bread and it's very soft. All my other knives would crush it, but this knife cuts into clean, even slices with minimal effort. I cut the chicken breasts into thin fillets and they were perfect! I love it so much I've ordered a second one and one for my daughter. And the customer service was GREAT! There was a problem with the delivery (NOT THE COMPANY'S FAULTS), but even in the middle of the quarantine, the problem was solved immediately. That's why I buy more knives from this company!
