I'm a 5ft 9in 155lb female and I wear XL. It was a little loose in the middle but otherwise it fit great and was long enough to be very comfortable. I used this under my wetsuit. There are spurs on the legs and small thumb loops on the hands to help you hold the wetsuit in place while you put the wetsuit on so you don't end up with a completely wrinkled leather suit. and uncomfortable under a wetsuit! It made getting in and out of the wetsuit easier and I was warmer! Also, it was more convenient for me to hang out on a boat. It's very flattering and made me feel less insecure and embarrassed than just hanging out in my bikini in front of some guys. The V-neck also looks good and keeps the neck from bulking up where my wetsuit really fits .
