We bought this replacement pump about 10 months ago. Installation instructions are pretty limited, almost nil, but customer service was pretty quick. The pump worked well enough, but the remote control feature is quite annoying as you have to stop it at the setting you want by pressing the opposite button (as opposed to automatically stopping at your chosen setting). It's also a bit annoying that it doesn't use the same scale as others have commented, so you can't just go with a Select Comfort/Sleep Number bed setting. You have to understand it again. The reason for the bad rating, however, is that the remote control is already dead. I changed the batteries but nothing. He's dead. Not exactly what's supposed to happen less than a year after purchase.
