I replaced the stock pedals on my Schwinn IC4 with these pedals. The right pedal fell off yesterday. However, I cannot stress enough how prompt and accommodating the customer service was. They stated that they increased the thickness of the spindle to hopefully prevent something like this from happening again. If you install it properly, it's lightweight and easy to "snap into place". I've probably done over 500 rides on these pedals in the 8 months I've had them. I'm a tall guy (6'4, 220) and ride with more resistance at higher cadences. They're not indestructible, but I have to assume they'll work just fine for most beginners.
