Crack in the glass layers. You may feel very little elevation at the bottom and nothing at the top. It's very smooth but you can see the imperfections in the layers. It reminds me of the cracks you see in emeralds. I gave it a three because I have other items from this company that are fine and I hope the next one will be fine.
