After the screen arrived I spent about 3 hours installing it only to find out that it never goes to the loading screen. The power supply works, the backlight turns on, but nothing happens on the screen. I contacted support and they immediately told me that my problem could be solved. After waiting for responses for over 24 hours (my dashboard is disassembled all the time because I still expect to be able to use that screen) they finally told me to just return it and get a new one from them. Now I have to get everything out of my car, reset my original system just to wait for a refund so I can buy a new one and go through the whole installation process again. I do not recommend doing it yourself for those who have never worked with cars.
