The ability to track customers and their services. The reporting system is very detailed and user friendly. The ability to search and pull reports quickly is another thing I enjoy. I have not found anything that I dislike. If you are looking for a scheduling software, the ability to track services and customer accounts and schedule them as well is a huge plus. The ability to track customer services and schedule technicians to perform services and make sure the customer is notified when their services are scheduled.
