I like that it keeps all of my records straight, so if i have to go back at any time there's no confusion as far what services were provided or when they where performed etc.. It can be confusing since its not very user friendly but thats because we are used too much other equipment rather than just this one thing! But once you get use for how everything works together then things start making sense!! We had problems keeping track before using service core however now our system has been…

Great product at great value: ServiceCore

The ability to track customers and their services. The reporting system is very detailed and user friendly. The ability to search and pull reports quickly is another thing I enjoy. I have not found anything that I dislike. If you are looking for a scheduling software, the ability to track services and customer accounts and schedule them as well is a huge plus. Excellent Customer Service - An Amazing Solution

The customer service from beginning to end has been amazing! I have had multiple issues, but they were always there for me when we needed them most. We are able to schedule our jobs without any problems at all since this product was implemented by them. There really isn't anything that i dislike about their system other than maybe needing more features like additional equipment choices or even better reporting options. Great Job Tracking System with Excellent Customer Service

It's easy to use, it has all of our information stored so when we need something they are right there for us! I wish that you could have more than one account but if your organization only uses one then this isn't an issue. The customer service team is very helpful. They answer any questions quickly and make sure everything works out well for us. We don't really like how some things look or work. For example, sometimes we can not see what jobs are coming up next which makes planning difficult.
