I like that it's easy to use and keeps me updated when things are going well or not so great. It also is very affordable compared to other services out there. The only thing I dislike about this service is how long it takes to get responses from customer support. There have been times where my messages haven't even gotten back to me yet! Sometimes you just want someone who cares enough to respond right away. Not all of our customers feel the same way though. So far we've had no issues using iRecall so maybe they're doing something wrong? We don't know because we haven't received any complaints in regards to our account but if we do receive one then we'll switch over. We wanted an inexpensive option to create reminders for our staff members regarding upcoming appointments as well as keeping them up-to date on what has happened since last appointment.
