Tracked? suitable for thermometer and timer

I bought this thermometer because it says "traceable". This should mean that it has been calibrated against a standardized (NIST) thermometer for accuracy and should include a certificate of calibration. This one didn't. As a retired lab tech (call me a geek!), I made my own and found that the temperature only differed by a degree, which I found acceptable for my non-lab use. 😉👩‍🔬
