It works but doesn't quite fit.
Working. But not exactly the same size as the original filter for the matching humidifier model. If you use this with Vicks Cool Mist humidifier, these filters will be slightly narrower. This in turn results in the humidifier holding and using less water as my reservoir fill time is now much longer without other changes. Is working. But it might be worth buying an OEM/Exact filter for your model rather than one that fits multiple models.
