Love how much heat this bulb puts out. I got it for my red ear slider and after inserting the bulb and doing the proper testing, she climbed straight onto her sunning rock and stayed there for quite a while. She totally loves it! Works perfect. This makes my lightbulb very hot, but that's to be expected. If you turn it off at any point, it won't turn on immediately until it cools down. So don't think it broke or went out quickly, it's just a mechanism in that particular bulb.
