Functional and as advertised
When I bought it for $10.50 there weren't any reviews yet so I'll give 5 stars and upvote if I run into any issues. So far, so good. They appear to be physically identical to the W10195416V wheel assembly that I am replacing. They simply snap into place to replace an old part and roll. There's no indication of what steel or plastic it's made of, but it's fine.
