I bought it for a 32 inch TV. It's easy to assemble and has more than enough nuts and bolts (even tools!) than you need to get the job done. functional for the price as it will be something i can use and reuse when i buy a bigger tv. However, there are a few features. Used as a 32-inch TV mount, the set appears to have been designed for use with large-screen TVs. I mounted mine so that the mounting brackets are at the very edge of the bar behind the TV and it still hangs fairly high off the TV stand. Although you can't see it in the picture, the corner piece that connects the mounting brackets to the legs comes with a plastic cover. That's good if you value a streamlined look. However, they are not held in place by screws. Therefore, they tend to pop out easily. This makes the whole thing feel cheaper than it already is. The kit's legs have a felt base for added support and stability, but I can't help but think that softer rubber would have been a better material. Overall it's good for the price. It only takes a few minutes to assemble and the stand's material (presumably steel) will last for many years.
