Great Solution For Getting Insights Into Your Customer Data
The product integrates with Salesforce. It's a great fit for a cloud-based solution and makes the most complicated CRM integration a breeze. The reports are great and provide so much insight that it's a must-have tool in any organization. I wish the dashboard had more customizable filters and sorting options. The UI is a bit clunky and not as intuitive as other tools. It's a great tool for Salesforce users who want to get insights on their customer data and easily close the loop with CSM. It was a difficult process to get the product integrated with Salesforce but the support team worked with us to make it happen. The reports are valuable and provide such a wealth of information that it's a must-have tool in any organization.

Great platform from which you can integrate all your disparate systems into an actionable view across channels & touch points..very robust system overall!!
