Review on X Home Rotary Cheese Grater: Efficient Handheld Shredder with Rubber Suction Base, 3 Stainless Drum Blades Included (Blue) by Eddie Tyson

I chose this rotary grater/shredder over traditional flat or box graters because it's easy to use, versatile and safe (no more scratches!). It looks solid enough even with no visible weak parts, but only time will tell. The price is low enough to exchange if necessary. Due to rheumatoid arthritis, I can no longer grip food tightly or strain to use other graters. With the rotating grater, I just have to gently press on anything I need to grate/slice (it comes with a handy push block for smaller pieces) while operating the handle with my other hand. Extremely easy to use and clean. The suction power is good, but the surface of the suction cups and the court surface must be clean to work properly. The suction only works well on smooth surfaces and not on bare wood or granular material, but that's to be expected. there were no problems, the grater works smoothly, without problems). I also plan to make breadcrumbs, in fact this grater is the same concept as the metal grater my grandma used to make breadcrumbs decades ago. I wish I had a choice of neutral colors, but that's not the end. world without compromising the performance of this very good rotary mill.
