The customer service has been great! I have had several questions regarding their product, they were always quick to respond with helpful advice or answer my question directly if needed/possible (sometimes you just need someone who knows what's going through your head!). They're also very active in social media which helps keep customers updated about new features as well. It would be nice that there was an option when booking tickets online where we could see how many seats are left at each location before purchasing our trip; it makes things easier since sometimes people want more than one seat per station so this feature might help them decide whether buying multiple trips will make sense instead? We've used betteretickets primarily because most other services don't let us book specific dates within certain timeslots - i'm guessing due too licensing issues but maybe thats not true?!
