Adds more bike position and handlebar options with grip

I have a LEVO Comp MTB which is a great bike and these megaphone style grips are a nice addition giving me more options when riding. If I want to bring my hands together to avoid natural drag with a wide grip, I can move to the center of the bar where they are about 5 inches from the center of the bar. Installation involves removing the cranks and calipers - put this bar on and tighten, then replace the caliper/derailleur and crank.
