Faulty Red, Yellow and Green LEDs

The red, yellow and green LEDs in my first pack were bad (bright and blue LEDs worked). So I ordered a replacement. The same situation. The payment worked well. Since I don't actually need an LED for my project, I kept a spare because of the price. Faulty LEDs made me question the overall quality.
