I received this bike assembled in the box and had to look closely but assumed it would be easy to unbox and ready to go. Unfortunately, when we opened the box we had no training wheels, a training wheel connector (there was one), stickers that I believe were on the blank front panel, and no instructions/manual/product info (and who knows what we else should have). The bike itself looks good but is useless for a 3 year old with no training wheels (not to mention a pretty crappy gift from Santa if he can't ride it) and am four days after sending a message to Schwinn customer service I'm still waiting for an answer. I've tried to back them up here over the holidays when in doubt, but two business days have gone by with no response, which is a frustratingly slow response to an issue that is preventing us from putting the bike back together properly. I will update the review if/when it is fixed. Disappointed with QC that so much is missing.
