What's bad to say?

Wear discs I've had a pack of these made for in my small workshop over the last few months, they cut and grind steel very well. The only caveat is never drop them and never leave them on your pens when not in use and they will last as long as they should. Too much pressure and they'll fall off the center ring, so take it easy. Also, they work well and last a while.
