I have a 2006 Acura TL and it has 3 dial gauges behind the steering wheel - speedometer, fuel and temp gauge with trip computer, information and tachometer on the far left. I attached my holder to the plastic that covers the tachometer as the car is automatic and I never shift manually so the tachometer is really useless. Pros: I installed it about a week ago and it hasn't come loose yet. The magnet also holds my Samsung S5 well - I've never dropped it on the bumpy Chicago streets. The bracket is short enough that I can mount it on the sensor while driving without getting in the way. Installation was ridiculously easy. I removed the back cover from the phone, placed a square piece of metal over the battery and reattached the back cover. As advertised, most importantly, I'll never drop my phone and it's $14 for a great price. I would buy this again. I'm actually buying one for my wife.
