    This is exactly the car mount I wanted for my phone. I didn't want those bulky ones that take up a lot of space. With this type, you simply stick the magnet (included) into the phone cover on the back of the phone and voila! All my friends comment on this when they get in my car.     I have a 2006 Acura TL and it has 3 dial gauges behind the steering wheel - speedometer, fuel and temp gauge with trip computer, information and tachometer on the far left.     Use with a small to medium sized phone

    While this is probably a suitable mount for a smaller phone or certain types of vehicles (I'll explain in a bit), we unfortunately ran into all the gotchas listed in the guides. . The first.     I was skeptical about the magnetic mount. I was afraid that he would fall while I was driving my jeep off-road.
