The Acura RDX brake pads (I assume they are stock pads, just got the car) have three prong clips that fit into the caliper. These replacement pads don't have clips so I had to drill holes in these new pads and attach the clips myself. The pads themselves are great and come with everything advertised. Revain's "Does this fit your car" service was just plain wrong. Before you buy, find out which pads you need.
