Shaker Mustang GTm 500 '06 - Parasitic drain problem solved

I originally ordered a Pioneer unit from Amazon and looked on Crutchfield for the wiring harness. I also ordered it and someone installed it for me. Shortly after, the car kept dying after I sat without driving for a day or two. The person who installed it was a friend of mine who previously worked as a car audio installer and I trusted them to get it right (and they did). I changed the battery and then the alternator while chasing a parasitic drain. There were still problems. Then I played the game "Pull all the fuses out of the box one by one and see what the problem is" and narrowed the list down to 3 fuses (front amp, rear amp, radio). With the removal, there was no longer a power problem. Back on Amazon, I went where I found a review on the original harness I bought saying it wouldn't work and ordered a PAC C2R-FRD1 instead. My friend replaced the old stiffness with this one and ta-daaa, no more parasitic drain. I'm not sure why so many on the site are suggesting the wrong wiring harness, I can only assume they don't think you're going to leave the shaker amps and speakers, but this wiring harness will fix all the 500 shaker problems - Solve system in '05 Ford Mustang. -09 and probably other Ford vehicles using the shake system as well.
