So I literally received my package today, about 2 hours ago or less. The product was here in excellent packaging, correctly labeled and arrived a day faster than stated. I's instructions are simple and to the point. Before using the charging station and the included batteries (8-AA 2800 mAh), read the instructions in the cute little booklet. I connected the micro USB cable that came with the kit to the adapter and straight into the outlet. The first 4 AA batteries fit perfectly and worked as described in the booklet. The lowest indicator light came on and charging of each battery began. I then decided to try HiQuick brand AAA 1100 mAh rechargeable batteries which were also purchased and supplied with this one. And it was difficult to insert them (but the product is compatible with AA and AAA NiMH batteries for charging at the same time), and an ERR error occurs. Error: incompatible battery as stated in brochure - tried another AAA and the same. So I think it's the batteries. I took another original AA battery and ERR popped up anyway. So the delivery was great. PRODUCT is not up to date. I will call support to troubleshoot. Low stars until then. Addendum: Better late than never. But after a few tries with various old and new USB wall adapter boxes using the included charging cable and then using a different cable with the first adapter box I could grab, it worked. Your cable doesn't work with old and new USB wall adapter boxes for some reason. 3 stars
