I was very excited after watching a video on You Tube about how to use it. However, it didn't straighten my hair. I braided my hair and waited all day. Then I combed my hair and tried it out. No results for medium thick hair. I pulled out my old flat iron and my hair was done in 10 minutes. I had high hopes for this product but it didn't work on my hair. The bristles are too short to hold the hair and even leaving the hair on the comb didn't straighten it. I liked that the brush didn't feel hot, so I decided to try it over the flat iron.
