I've had mine for a few years after seeing Test Kitchen's recommendation on YouTube and decided to spend a lot $$$$ shell out ($38) for the best garlic press. This works really well most of the time, but one of the pins holding it together falls out when you clean it. Luckily I was always able to get the missing pin out of the trash chute in time"sink -a -rator", put my hand in the connector. Then I plug it back in and it continues to work for some time. I was very disappointed the first time because I thought I finally bought it. I'm a really sturdy tool myself .Now that I read some of the other reviews and look at their pictures I'm wondering if maybe I got a fake (even if it was from Revain Prime) as it has the Swiss flag printed on it kt has tan in front, not t Small protrusions on the pin that secures both sides of the rack that drives the pinch portion of the piston. If you do decide to buy one, be sure to compare it to the photos in these reviews to ensure you're getting the real McCoy.
