Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

The camera is not important for me, so, knowing the reviews about its quality, I bought the phone anyway.
HiOS is quite specific after pure android, for example, I can’t find how to make it so that when installing an application, its shortcut does not appear on the main screen.
When scrolling the screen, it moves for a very long time due to inertia and you have to wait for it to stop in order to swipe to the right. Is this a feature of the 12th android or a shell?

Pros

The best value for money. Bought for 16000. Cashback on the card 20%. As a result, the phone cost me 13000. Where else can I find such a price for 8/256? Well, the 6000 battery holds a charge for a very long time. Another plus is the design. Right now, all phones are made under one blueprint. This one has some personality.

Cons

- Poor quality camera. Pictures are blurry. - nfc works very badly, it detects cards every other time, the passport cannot be found at all. An old xiaomi is looking for immediately. - screen scrolling is disgusting, moves by inertia and cannot be swiped left or right - there is no option anywhere that when installing the application, it does not appear on the desktop - telegram starts to slow down and crashes
